Payment was charged, but I haven’t received my ticket. What should I do?

Your ticket is automatically sent to the email address provided during the purchase. Please check your Spam or Promotions folder. If you still haven’t received your ticket, please contact our support team, and we will resend it to you.

Why is my payment not going through?

If your payment does not work via Apple Pay or Google Pay, try entering your card details manually. If the issue continues, please contact our support team.

I am under 18. Can I attend an 18+ event?

Yes, but only when accompanied by an adult.

Can I attend a concert with a child?

Yes, unless otherwise stated in the description of a specific event. Special conditions for children may apply to some events. Please check the information on the event page.

How can I check if there are any changes to my event?

If there are any changes to the event, we will notify you by email provided during the purchase. The latest information is also always available on the event page on our website.

Can I get a refund if my plans have changed?

Unfortunately, tickets cannot be refunded due to personal reasons (such as changed plans or inability to attend). Refunds are available in cases of event cancellation or postponement in accordance with applicable laws.

How can I get a refund for a cancelled event?

If an event is cancelled, we will inform you about the refund procedure. Refunds are processed electronically to the payment method used for the purchase.

What happens in case of an air raid ale

If an air raid alert is announced, the event may be temporarily paused. Please follow the instructions of the event organizers on site. If the event needs to be postponed or cancelled, we will provide additional information.

Is there free entry for military personnel?
